To empower women business owners to achieve influence and wealth, uplift others, and change the world for the better.

Ready Set Grow LLC was started to change the world. Yeah, I know, bold ambition!

Male-dominated leadership has often upheld patriarchal systems that create and perpetuate unequal power dynamics. Structural barriers, including discriminatory laws and social attitudes, have traditionally limited women's participation and kept them marginalized from positions of power. Men protect their own power and wealth at the expense of all others. That's why we have inadequate healthcare, crappy public schools, and women working 2+ jobs to keep a roof over their families' heads.

Companies with more women in leadership roles tend to have better financial performance and prioritize factors beyond short-term profit. Research shows female executives often emphasize sustainability and social responsibility, whereas male leaders may focus more on short-term bottom-line outcomes. Men widen the wealth gap, women close it. Men rape Mother Earth, women protect her. Men get into pissing wars with other leaders and don't care who they hurt with tariffs and wars. Women find non-violent win-win solutions to problems.

Ready Set Grow is partnering with women who will directly or indirectly infiltrate every major institution in the USA and flip this script. We are building women of wealth and influence who are hell-bent on evening the odds, leveling the playing field, and doing what is right for all, not for the white male elite. Their time in charge is up. They effed it all up, and we're going to fix it.

About Meghan Ellis

My mother tells me that I have always fought against injustice and unfairnes since I was a little girl. It's part of my DNA. I've brought that fighting spirit to Ready Set Grow on a grand scale.

I'm an executive and organizational development coach who’s built businesses from the ground up—one that failed spectacularly, one I walked away from on my own terms, and now, this one: a coaching and consulting company helping women build businesses that create real wealth and real impact.

I’ve lived what I teach. When I ran veterinary practices, my employee turnover was under 1%—in an industry where 30% is the norm. My people earned a living wage, 50% more than average veterinary salaries, and we made a great profit. But I've been dreaming of a bigger impact, and it's time I stopped dreaming and started doing.

I’m currently earning my MBA, but more importantly, I’ve been in the trenches. I help badass women lead with clarity, grow with purpose, and succeed where others stall out.
