At Ready Set Grow, we are fully invested in your success — and we expect the same level of commitment from you. This partnership is built on mutual respect, integrity, and follow-through. Please review the following policies that help us maintain a high-quality experience for every client.

📅 Scheduling & Rescheduling

All sessions are scheduled in advance and must begin on time. You may reschedule any session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the scheduling link provided or by contacting us directly.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation. In these cases, your options are:

  • Attend the originally scheduled session

  • Or forfeit that session (no rescheduling will be offered)

We know emergencies happen, and we’re human too. If something unexpected arises and you need support, please reach out — we will always do our best to accommodate you when the commitment to the work is clear.

⏰ Lateness

We’ll wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. After that, the session is considered forfeited out of respect for our time and other clients. Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.

💳 Payment

All coaching and consulting packages are paid in full upfront to secure your spot and begin the engagement. In select cases, payment plans may be extended to qualified entrepreneurs. Let's talk about it if that's you.

🔁 Refunds

We do not offer refunds once sessions have begun. Coaching and consulting are co-created processes, and your results depend heavily on your participation and execution.
