Who it’s for: early founders and pre-launch entrepreneurs Goal: Validate and refine your business idea Ready Set Define meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 pm until 10 pm EST for two weeks. This intensive course includes a one-on-one end-of-course coaching session designed to give each participant valuable feedback with their mentor. Every great business starts with a clear idea — but clarity doesn’t come by accident. In Ready Set Define, you’ll refine your business concept through guided discovery, customer research, and peer feedback. Focus areas: *Discover your “why” and your founder fit *Identify your target audience and core problem to solve *Conduct customer discovery interviews *Refine your value proposition *Test your Concept with minimal investment (prototyping or pilot) *Build early brand positioning (mission, message, and visual identity) 
You’ll identify what problem you’re solving, who you’re solving it for, and why your idea matters. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a validated concept, a strong value proposition, and a one-page business summary that’s ready to evolve into a complete plan. Key Outcomes: *Clear business idea and target audience *Tested problem–solution fit *1-page Concept Brief ready for stakeholder review *Minimum Viable Brand (logo, tagline, story)
